    We join early in the process and work closely with the customer to understand function, environmental needs and design. This helps us choose the right material, optimize geometry and design for production – saving time and cost.

    We build precise moulds that allow complex parts with tight tolerances. Our machines range from 25 to 2400 tons clamping force, and we mould everything from small precision parts to large, strong components – often fully automated. 

  • Updated material knowledge and supplier collaboration

    We work with leading raw material suppliers and stay current on new materials and properties. This lets us recommend solutions that fit both the application and production – including recycled plastic when suitable. 

  • Functional and visual design – with external product developer

    When appearance matters, we involve our dedicated product developer. Together with the customer and our technical team, we make sure the components work well and look good – with the right surface, colour and shape.
